		<description>I second that! These shakes are really delicious! You would think that I could actually make these because it does not require a stove or oven, but haven&#039;t had much luck so far. Maybe this summer, with the Farmer&#039;s Market, I&#039;ll be more inspired!

Btw Steph, I&#039;m still reading In Defense of Food. It&#039;s fascinating! I just read the part about the infant formula. I&#039;m now realizing that I should probably rethink my Cliff/Balance bars every morning...</description>
