We go to this little grocery store Rocky Plains right now to get chicken, i wrote about it a while back, it is run by a buffalo rancher but he stocks other places grass fed meat as well. But, we just found a co-op that sells chicken and turkeys, and we joined that, I don't remember what it was called, I'll have to have Jeremy write a post about it. We are supposed to go pick some of their chicken up in a few weeks. Seafood around here is hard to come by in general, so there isn't really an option for that. The same little grocery store does stock wild trout and salmon, but it is really pricey so we haven't bought any yet.

Have you guys sourced a place for white meat/seafood options? Those prices sound pretty good for red meat - since I don't buy it in bulk I usually end up buying cheap red meat cuts like stew beef or flank steak to save money. But I also don't cook it too often either since Min and I both avoid eating too much red meat.

Thanks Angie! I wasn't much a fan of red meat until lately, Jeremy started getting me into it more, and now i really like it in stir fries and on salads. Plus knowing where the meat comes from, it isn't as gross to me as it would be if I just bought it at the store. :)
