		<description>Thanks Angie!  We will take you up on that.  I&#039;d like to try some and see how it is.  I think if we used it in chili or something like that you may not be able to taste the gaminess as much.  Have you tried it in something like that?  I&#039;ll try to remember to remind you to bring me some at Thanksgiving! </description>

		<description>By the way, if you guys ever decide that you&#039;d like to try some deer meat in your cooking, let me know, and at Thanksgiving I&#039;ll bring some down.  A lot of it you can subsitute for ground beef, but it&#039;s pretty gamey depending on the deer (large males are apparently more gamey than small females).  But since I have a freezer full of deer, it would be nice for you guys to tell me how to cook it!  I&#039;m too lazy to figure out good recipes on my own.  :) </description>
